Broken Carob (Kibbled) separated from its carob seeds are grinded in special grinders after roasted and then sifted under hygienic conditions with high technology in order to obtain pure and natural carob. Carob Powder we produce is used prevalently in every field where cocoa is used (chocolate, cake, biscuit), in caramel production, by mixing with hot water or milk, in bakery productions and ice cream production as sweetener, colorant and flavorant. The most important difference of carob powder from cocoa is that it does not contain caffeine, cholesterol and gluten.
